Our client is a Real Estate Investment Company based in Great Neck, NY. Focused primarily on single and multi family properties in and out of New York State. They are seeking a Full Time Acquisitions Analyst to join their team. Our client is a fast paced, high performance company aggressively acquiring real estate all over the United States. This is a full-time role where you will source and underwrite deals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to follow work flows
• Analyze data and identify properties that will fit the Local portfolio
• Underwrite investment properties
• Estimate construction, closing and all other costs associated with certain transactions
• Develop strong negotiation skills
• Create and maintain business relationships with people in all aspects of the Real Estate Industry
