Our client is a private money lender focused on servicing Real Estate Investors by providing fast and low-cost capital for investment properties and projects. Our client is a National Private Hard Money Lender aka Commercial Real Estate Lending (B2B). The term “Hard” referencing that real estate is a “hard “Asset as collateral. They are looking to hire Entry Level Sales Associates. This position requires you to perform 3 main functions. You will be speaking & dealing with potential Clients.

1. Sales:

Selling product knowledge, educating the Client on why their loan products are the best, and what sets them apart. No cold calling, our client will provide you with Warm Leads. Clients / Borrowers who have expressed interest in our client’s loan programs and want to learn more.

2. Basic Deal Underwriting:

Our client is an Asset based lender. They look at key project Ratios, and overall deal economics. They also underwrite the borrower: checking experience, credit, and liquidity. Our client will teach you.

3. Deal Closing:

Preparing / working with the borrower to get to the closing table.

4. Our client:

Our client is looking for Eager, Dynamic, customer service Orientated sales people. Most importantly, with our client’s product everyone is a winner and their borrowers come back 99% of the time and become repeat customers. Compensation: Stipend of $100 per week to pay for food and travel. Commissions: Commission is based on .75bps on every deal. To make it simple:
  • 1M of sale is $7,500
  • 2M is $15,000
  • 3M is $22,500
Average agents close between $2M-$3M a month and it takes about 2-3 months to reach that level of business
