Our client is a New York registered charity with 25,000 members. They provide vocational training to immigrants and are raising funds to finance the 2,500 students who enroll on their courses every year.

This is a unique investment backed by a credible organization that has been in operation for 23 years. Clients who invest will receive a 13% annual return paid quarterly. The minimum price of a unit is $1,000 which funds two students. The investment matures in five years.

The program is the only one of its kind that offers interest free financing for anyone who wishes to enroll on our client’s courses.

Every day 40 students take a 3 day OSHA 30 certification course with our client. Each student is charged $500 but the majority cannot afford the course, this fund covers that cost. Once the OSHA 30 license is issued, their employer registers it upon hire. The recipient now has 8 weeks to pay off their loan. If they do not pay, the license is canceled and they become ineligible for employment.
